Using the Contact Index
Sorting & Filtering
The contact index is very useful when you are trying to filter down your contact list to a subset of your contacts. For example you could filter your list to only leads that have a tag of “Newsletter” to find all leads who are currently subscribed to your newsletter. There are several fields that you can filter your contact list by including Type, Source, Tags and Person/Company.
The contact index page also allows you to update the contact’s Type and Source while in the index view. This is very useful when trying to bulk update multiple contacts’ Sources or Types in a quicker fashion.
