You can view all emails sent to contacts including the emails that contained links to forms and documents. This is great for double checking that clients have received the emails and to have a record of everything that has been sent to each contact.
Keep in mind emails are tracked by contacts, not matters. To view all emails sent to a contact follow the steps below.
1) Go to the contact's page (Easiest done by searching their name in the search bar and clicking on their contact link)
2) Click on the emails tab on the left-hand side (Below)
3) Here you should be able to see all scheduled and sent emails.
4) If no sent emails are appearing then you can hit the "refresh emails" button to pull in the emails from your email account.
Also, keep in mind that all sent emails can be found in your sent folder in your email account.
