- Click the dropdown arrow next to the "Quick Intake" button
- Select "Quick Appointment"
- Input the lead's first and last name
- Enter the matter details
- Enter the appointment name and description
- Enter the appointment date and length
- Choose which user’s calendar to send the appointment to
- Choose “Create Appointment” or “Create & Send Confirmation Email”
- Create the appointment
Note: Choosing “Create & Send Confirmation Email” will require the user to know the lead's email address.
