- Go to the Settings page
- Click on the “Account” tab
- Click “Deactivate” next to the appropriate user’s name. If the user is an Admin, they will need to have their assigned role be set to “Normal” before they can be deactivated.
- Click “OK” to confirm that you would like to deactivate the user
- Once the user is removed you can add a new user to fill their spot
Note: Deactivating a user will not adjust your subscription. Please reach out to our team if you would like to downgrade your account.
