Contact statuses allow you to segment your contact list into distinct groups. This will help you keep track of who all your contacts are, and what their current status is. For example, you'll want to label all your potential clients as "Lead" and actual clients as "Client."
- Find the contact in your contact list, or by using the search bar
- From the contact's page, click the dropdown menu labeled "Status"
- Select the appropriate status from the list
- Your changes will automatically be saved
TIP: You can customize your contact statuses from Settings > Contacts.
