Lexicata allows you to create your own system for managing all your contacts. Using the Contact Statuses, you can segment contacts based on their relationship to you.
Several Contact Statuses are required in the system - Lead, Client, Did Not Hire, and Unassigned. However, you can add your own statuses to track other types of people, as needed.
- Navigate to your Account Settings from the dropdown menu at the right side of the top navigation bar
- Go to the "Contact" tab
- Click "Edit" next to any status to change it's name, or delete it
- Click "Add Status" to add a new contact status to the list
