You can download copies of your completed forms in CSV format to your computer. This is particularly useful if you use document automation software that is compatible with CSV uploads. The CSV file will contain each field name from the completed form in the first column, along with the corresponding input for that field in the second column.
- On the left sidebar, click "Forms" and then "Completed Forms"
- In the table of all completed forms, find the form you'd like to download
- Click the link with the name of the form in the "Form" column to view the details of that submission
- Find the "Actions" dropdown on the right side of the page
- Click "Export to CSV" to save the form to your computer as a CSV file
