How to Integrate Lexicata to Clio
Once you are signed into Lexicata, go to the "Settings" page and click on the "Integrations" tab under the "Manage Settings" bar. From there, click on the "Connect" button under the Clio box.
You will then be prompted to log in to your Clio account if you are not already signed in. Upon logging in to your Clio account, a window will open stating that "Lexicata would like to connect to your Clio account:" and will ask you to either allow or deny access.
If you would like to connect Lexicata to your Clio account, click the green "Allow Access" button.
When you've successfully connected your Clio account, you will be redirected back to the settings page. To confirm that your account has been connected, you can return to the "Integrations" tab under the "Settings" page and check to make sure that the status says "Connected" next to the Clio box.
Disconnecting your Clio Account
If you want to disconnect your Clio account at any time you can return to the "Integrations" tab under the "Settings" page and click the "Disconnect" button located below the Clio icon.
Connecting Notes to Clio
If you are a Clio user, all your notes in Lexicata can be synced seamlessly into your Clio account.
Whenever you export a contact and/or matter to Clio, the notes will be created automatically in Clio and linked to the corresponding contact or matter that gets created.
Lexicata sends both the note subject and the body, however the formatting will not be able to transfer because Clio does not currently support formatted notes.
More to come soon!
