We are excited to release our brand new referral tracking feature!
You can now easily designate a referrer to a lead directly from the Quick Intake or from the lead's contact page. Not only is the referral relationship being tracked, but you can run a report on all the contacts that have been referred to you. This has powerful implications for understanding who is sending you leads, the value of those leads, and which referral partner's leads tend to covert the most.
What's included in the update?
- Ability to add a referral relationship from the Quick Intake or contact page
- Ability to view all contacts/matters that a certain referral partner has referred to you
- Run a report on who has been sending you referrals, what the value is of those referrals and their conversion rate.
Please Note: in an effort to protect your data, we only made the new referral reporting feature accessible to users with an Admin role. If you are not an Admin and you need access to your reports, ask an Admin user from your account to update your role from settings.
How to access your referral reports:
To access your referral reports just click on the Reports tab on the left-hand side menu and then select the Referral Report tab.
